Charles J Barbas directs his practice to client counseling in complex intellectual property (IP) matters including patent prosecution, infringement and enforcement. Specifically, Mr. Barbas focuses his practice on patent prosecution in the U.S. and foreign countries, patent infringement and validity investigations and opinions, due diligence, and post-grant patent proceedings.

Mr. Barbas has extensive experience with various areas of technology including high-performance computer system architecture, computer software, communication networks, storage systems, and cybersecurity technology. He has particular experience working with clients to advise, develop and manage their patent portfolios, including obtaining and realizing value for key patents.
