Omar Wadhwa, the firm's Managing Partner, is a registered patent attorney and counsels a diverse range of clients including large corporations, individual inventors, and startups.  His practice generally focuses on advising clients regarding their intellectual property rights, portfolio management, drafting patent applications, patent prosecution, as well as litigation matters.  Mr. Wadhwa has experience with a broad range of technical subject matter, including, but not limited to, computer networks, file system architectures, computer hardware and software, storage technology, GPS technology, medical devices, motor technology, business methods, and mechanical devices.
